I have officially been accepted as a Mission Volunteer with Covenant World Mission! Hallelujah! Covenant World Missions is the global mission priority of the Evangelical Covenant Church. It has been amazing to see God move mountains on our behalf to serve here with the Evangelical Covenant Churches in Argentina. The rapid nature of our acceptance alone is encouraging to us that it was in God's design for us to be here. Another thing that God was doing which was perfect timing for our arrival, was that the Evangelical Covenant Churches in Argentina were having their first-ever national conference a week after our arrival. Where they were able to discuss our situation, heart, and intention here. Another incredible act of God's hand on our behalf was the arrival of Eugenio and Pia Restrepo to La Plata about a week after that. They are the regional coordinators of the Evangelical Covenant Church for Latin America and the Caribbean. They were scheduled to come meet with the churches here, and by God's plan, Lindsey and I were invited to join their supper, where they spoke of God's leading and guiding and projects and new missionaries to the area. Bless the Lord, oh my soul. Thanks to all for your love, concern, and prayers! God is so faithful.
